The Left Handed Chef was founded in Central Oregon in 2006. Having over 27 years of experience in customer service and support and having traveled significantly, experiencing first hand (in the kitchen) passionate, traditional foods from the American South, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Mexico and others.
Roy, a left-handed chef, decided it was time for a catering company that had its clients' best interests in mind. In addition to his own culinary expertise and customer care philosophy, Roy has hired some of the best event and creative organization people in the Northwest. Roy has a deep and simple belief: If you do what you absolutely love, what you're absolutely passionate about, the business will thrive.
